In an effort to keep our employees up to date and to encourage personal growth, we provide a program to assist you with continuing your professional education (CPE). The Firm provides core-training courses for professionals below the level of manager. In addition, we provide specialized training in audit, tax, and other subjects using outside professional consultants. Our staff also participates in professional society seminars and keeps current in our own specialty areas by conducting training programs in-house.
All of our professionals are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Additionally, as you work on an engagement, your supervisor will give you immediate feedback on your progress.
