IFEBP Annual Conference
Legacy Professionals is looking forward to exhibiting at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP's) 55th Annual Conference on November 7-12, 2009 in Orlando, Florida.

 

Legacy also attended the 54th Annual Conference on November 16-19, 2008 in San Antonio, Texas. Bruce Pavlik, Eileen Brassil, and Julie Tucek represented the Firm at the Legacy booth at the conference's tradeshow. 

 

Partner Bruce Pavlik served as a moderator for a workshop called "Are Your Plan Policies and Documents in Place?" and took part in an open forum session for accountants.

 

Senior Manager Eileen Brassil presented at "Nuts and Bolts of Alternative Investments", "Putting the Risk Assessment Standards into Action", and "Impact of New Auditing Standards."  Thanks to everyone who visited us at the Booth and attended the sessions!
 

Additionally, Partner Bob Cann is slated to present on "Form 5500 and 990: Managing the Changes" at the Benefit Plan Professionals Institute which will take place June 15-17, 2009 at the Hilton San Francisco in San Francisco, California.   Eileen Brassil will also be at the Institute to speak on "FAS 157 - Accounting, Reporting, and Disclosure for Alternative Investments" and to moderate the session "The Administrator's Role in Department of Labor Audits."

Association Forum's Annual Holiday Showcase 

Legacy Professionals exhibited at Association Forum's Annual Holiday Showcase on Tuesday, December 16, 2008. Rose Doherty, Megan Mulherin, and Julie Tucek represented the Firm in the Legacy booth. 

Partner Rose Doherty also presented at one of the breakfast roundtables on Safeguarding Your Associations' Meetings from UBIT.  Despite the snowy weather, the day was a success! 

 

Legacy is set to attend Holiday Showcase 2009 on December 15, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago - we look forward to seeing you there!
