Tim Cibulka, CPA, serves as the Managing Partner of Legacy Professionals LLP and is the Chairman of the Firm’s Management Committee. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Firm.
Tim specializes in providing accounting and auditing services to employee benefit plans, labor organizations and nonprofits. He has also provided numerous special projects and agreed upon procedures for clients.
Tim represents the Firm at various conferences and events throughout the country, including events sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Tim has practiced public accounting since 1994 and received his CPA in 1995. Tim also served as the Controller of the United Food and Commercial Workers National Pension Fund from 2002 to 2003.
Professional & Civic Organizations
Tim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. He is active in the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and attends the IFEBP’s Annual Conference. Tim is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He also serves on the Board of the Donna A. Hubert Memorial Scholarship Fund.
