Larry Wood, CPA, is is a Partner in the Legacy Professionals LLP Minnesota office. He has been practicing Public Accounting since 2000. He provides audit and accounting services to employee benefit plans and labor organizations.
Larry performs audits, reviews, compilations, and other attestation engagements. His audit responsibilities include scheduling, planning, and efficient completion of each engagement, including preparation of financial statements and reports. He also performs various other services, including agreed-upon procedures, for clients on an as-needed basis. Larry is available year-round as a resource to his clients.
