Immediate opening for Talent Coordinator/Recruiter. This is a hands-on position with coordination responsibilities for all aspects of recruiting, coordination of performance reviews, personnel policies development and procedures. Extended work hours may be required during the heavy recruiting times and as required for special projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR and 2-3+ years of experience, preferably in recruiting and HR procedures. Must have strong computer skills, experience with MS Excel and Word software, and strong oral and written communication skills. Furthermore, this person must be able to interact well with co-workers and a diverse client base. Local travel will be required and out-of-town travel may also be required at times. Must have reliable transportation in order to travel to other offices, career fairs, on-campus interviews, and outside seminars as required.
