Lisa R. Volland, CPA, has been named Partner at Legacy Professionals LLP as of January 1, 2018. Volland works in the Legacy Tax Department and specializes in federal and state taxation of closely-held corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and individuals. One area of expertise is the tax and foreign reporting of unrelated business income (ubi) from alternative partnership investments for employee benefit plans, mainly pension funds. Volland is a member of the AICPA, and ICPAS and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. She joined the Firm in 1991.
