Partner Eileen Brassil will serve as co-presenter for “990 Evolution: Just an Information Return?” at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans’ 60th U.S. Annual Employee Benefits Conference in Boston on October 13 and 14. The session will discuss identifying your plan’s governance policies, who is a related party, and how to list contributing employers, as well as financial statement reconciliations, trustee compensation and transactions from related parties, and duplicate disclosures. Eileen will also attend sessions at the conference, which runs from October 12-15.
