Thomas Theis Tom Theis, CPA is a Partner in Legacy Professionals LLP's Chicago office. He has been practicing Public Accounting since 1970. Tom's clients include labor organizations, employee benefit plans, and other not-for-profit organizations.
Tom is a member of the Firm's Accounting and Auditing Committee. The committee is responsible for setting Accounting and Auditing policies and procedures for the Firm. He also serves as an office reviewer where he performs concurring reviews and quality control of financial statements.
Tom has been a speaker at the AICPA's National Conference on Employee Benefit Plans. Tom is the partner contact for the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Quality Center, of which the Firm is a member.
Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. In his spare time, Tom enjoys sports, traveling, whitewater rafting and hiking.
