Timothy F. Cibulka Tim Cibulka, CPA, is a Partner in the Chicago office of Legacy Professionals LLP. Tim specializes in accounting and auditing services for employee benefit plan and labor clients. Tim supervises staff as they perform client engagements and works closely with the team and the client to ensure smooth engagements. He has provided numerous special projects and agreed upon procedures for clients. Tim is responsible for coordinating and reviewing the internally-prepared summaries for Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 for the Firm. He also is an integral part of the Firm's in-house training program, teaching a number of the Firm's programs for staff accountants. Tim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. He also served as the Controller of the United Food and Commercial Workers National Pension Fund from 2002 to 2003. Tim received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Accounting in 1994 from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota. He has been practicing public accounting since 1994 and received his CPA in 1995.
