Staff Events

In addition to working hard, our people have a great time together both during and outside of work!  Here are some ways that Legacy goes the extra mile to say "thank you" to its staff for all their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

 

The Social Committee was founded for the purpose of bringing a diverse group of individuals together to brainstorm, discuss, plan, promote, and facilitate fun activities that will appeal to our employees.  Committee members also serve as a contact for their coworkers as the "go to" for sharing ideas of social and community events in which they would like Legacy to participate.  To date, the committee has organized and instituted employee outings, firm wide contests, and fundraising events.  Some of these events have included Whirlyball, "Most Outrageous Holiday Sweater Contest", and raising money for local community charities. 

 

 

At our Annual After Tax Season Party, we honor many of our employees with both serious and humorous awards. The recipient of the 2013 Thomas W. Havey Team Spirit Award was Tim Fagan. This award is given in Mr. Havey's honor to the person or persons who most embody teamwork and dedication to the Firm. Congratulations to Tim for his exceptional team spirit and dedication to Legacy. 

 

 

The Firm hosts an annual golf outing and bean bag tournament, which takes place on a Friday afternoon in the summer. This year's outing will take place on July 19, 2013 at the Chicago Heights Park District Course. As in previous years, the event will be capped off by a great dinner complete with an awards ceremony.
