Charles A. Marini Charles Marini, CPA is the Partner in Charge of the Legacy Professionals LLP Minnesota office. He also serves on the Firm's Accounting and Auditing Committee. He has been practicing Public Accounting since 1974. Throughout his career, he has provided services to employee benefit funds, including numerous health and welfare, pension funds, and other types of funds. His responsibilities include partner review of engagements, as well as consulting on financial and tax related matters. Charlie is a graduate of DePaul University, where he majored in accounting. He is a CPA and is licensed to practice in Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the North Dakota CPA Society.
