Bruce Pavlik, CPA, is a Partner in the Chicago office of Legacy Professionals LLP.  Bruce has been practicing Public Accounting since 1976, and specializes in providing labor unions and employee benefit plans with audit and accounting services. 

 

Bruce has worked with numerous pension, health and welfare funds, and many other types of employee benefit plans throughout his career.  He has also worked on and supervised operational reviews for many clients.  Additionally, Bruce is the Partner in charge of the Firm's Compliance Audit Department and serves on the Firm's Management Committee.

Bruce is a frequent speaker at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plan's (IFEBP) institutes and conferences.  He spoke at the most recent IFEBP Annual Conference in New Orleans on October 29-November 3.  He currently serves on IFEBP's Professionals Committee.  In the past, Bruce has served on the Board of Directors of the International Foundation as an Advisory Director, as chairman of the Financial Review Committee and the Accountant’s Committee, and as a member of the Educational Program Committee. 

 

Bruce is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

 

Bruce received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1976.  He went on to receive his CPA thereafter. 
 

In his spare time, Bruce enjoys traveling and golfing.
