Training and Education Expanding your technical and interpersonal skills is an important dimension in your professional development. We require you to gain your CPA certificate and be prepared for the new developments in technology, business practices, tax laws and regulation, and litigation that are a constant in the accounting profession. In an effort to keep our employees up to date and to encourage personal growth, we provide a program to assist you with continuing your professional education. The Firm provides core-training courses for professionals below the level of manager. In addition, we provide specialized training in audit, tax, and other subjects using outside professional consultants. Our staff also participates in professional society seminars and keeps current in our own specialty areas by conducting training programs in-house.
Performance Appraisal-Regular Feedback All of our professionals are reviewed on a semiannual basis. Additionally, as you work on an engagement, your supervisor will give you immediate feedback on your progress. We believe it is important that you are recognized for exceptional performance and that you receive appropriate suggestions for improvement when necessary.
